"Prospect Hardwood Flooring just completed installing 3/4 inch Oak wood floors at my house. The crew had to move heavy furniture, remove the rugs and padding, and remove tack strips. They carefully listened for areas where the subfloor squeaked when stepped on, then screwed those areas to stop the floor from squeaking. The installation from start to finish was flawless from my perspective. All joints are tight. Of particular note is the cove molding. The Miter joints are perfect, and I can't tell where the nails were placed. Cleanup was immaculate too. I've seen the negative reviews here, and I respect the opinions of the people who posted them. Clearly something happened when their jobs were done. When Mike came to my house to give me an estimate, I grilled him on those negative posts. I wanted to hear what he had to say. As one would imagine, there are always two sides to every story. If you are considering hardwood floors, you really need to get an estimate from Mike, and discuss any concerns you have. I'm so glad I did. The floors look amazing."

Two dogs & lots of family traffic had left them badly scuffed, with some boards creaking & loose, small corners breaking away & a few holes. Rudy & his crew restored the floors to pristine condition, holes tastefully filled, the grain showing beautifully, tight & hard. They were prompt, efficient & responsive. We are very pleased."

"I always read reviews, but I am sorry to say I seldom write one. But, not to do so in the case of Magni Flooring would be a disservice to the company and to the community. I needed a quick, partial replacement of wood flooring. I called and left a message with Magni. Co-owner Marcin Toroj called me back that day and came to my house the next to discuss the project. He thoroughly explained the process and wrote a fair estimate. I immediately accepted and he scheduled the work for the next day. His installer was delayed on another job, so Marcin delivered the new wood himself. Melvin soon arrived and did an excellent job. The other co-owner inspected the work as it progressed and Marcin did so at the end. The job was completed as promised and on time. I was greatly impressed and will certainly use Magni Flooring again should I need their services. You should too!"

They were patient and professional, gave us a competitive price, had a ton of wood flooring options to choose from, and installed beautiful oak and walnut floors in several rooms of our new house. I recommend going into their store to look at the selection rather than just browsing online, because they have more samples there and it's easier to see the true color of the wood in person. District Floors Depot was also flexible when there was an unforeseen power outage at our residence, and was able to reschedule us and complete the work quickly in time for our moving date. Finally, they did a really good job cleaning up and the place was gleaming and spotless after they were done. I highly recommend them!"

"I have had a lot of work done at my house lately, some positive and some negative.  My experience with D&S Flooring was 100% positive. My brother had already done some research for me, so I knew that I wanted Mohawk Smart Strand carpet.  Had also visited a carpet showroom to look at samples.
I got an estimate from another highly rated Angie's List company and D&S. With D&S, you deal directly with the owner, Masood Shojanezhad.  He is the person that comes to the house, and he gave me an estimate on the spot.  His estimate was $600 cheaper for the top level Smart Strand carpet than the estimate from the other company for the mid-level Smart Strand carpet.  Masood is an exemplary example of customer service.  He is very friendly and engaging, and it is very important to him that the customer is happy.
My carpet came in pretty quickly, especially given that they were coming from Georgia which was paralyzed by two ice storms.  I had to delay installation because of issues with other work that was being completed in my house.  Masood could not have been nicer or more understanding. 
His workers arrived on time the agreed upon day of installation. They were great workers, and the lead installer had a great sense of humor.  My brother and I had some running jokes with him throughout the day.  They worked from 9 am until around 4:30, only taking a brief break for lunch. 
They did a beautiful job.  I cannot see any seams.  My entire upstairs looks like one continuous piece of carpet.  They also brought a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed all of the carpet before moving the furniture back.  They hauled away all of the old carpet and padding.  Wish all of the recent projects in my house had gone so smoothly.  I highly recommend this company.

From day one to completion of the project, Mr. Zavala demonstrated a “spirit of excellence” in performing every facet of the project with attention to details; integrity, which is a rare commodity in the contractor industry and a genuine desire to insure project met both mine and his high expectations. Appreciated meticulous daily clean up until project completion. Zavala Construction (Wulian) now rests at the top of the list for my TWO preferred “go to” contractors."

"We had existing flooring sanded and refinished. Unfinished wood was installed in two additional rooms. All flooring finished the same. Work was done in a timely fashion. Communication was great. Would recommend them in the future."

"We used Sam to fully remodel our master bathroom and do some cosmetic work in our guest bathroom. We took down walls and started completely from scratch. Sam did all of the demolition, prep work, plumbing, electrical and installed some very intricate marble mosaic tile, for us on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower. Sam is punctual, responsive and extremely knowledgable about his craft. His men do incredible work when it comes to the finishes and he keeps a very clean workspace. All along the process Sam was present at the job and addressed any minor issues we had along the way immediately. You will not find any better bang for your buck in this area. I highly recommend him and we just hired him again to do even more work in our home."

They were on time and professional and finished well ahead of schedule. I would recommend them as I will definitely work with AG Flooring again if the need arises.
