"Prospect Hardwood Flooring just completed installing 3/4 inch Oak wood floors at my house. The crew had to move heavy furniture, remove the rugs and padding, and remove tack strips. They carefully listened for areas where the subfloor squeaked when stepped on, then screwed those areas to stop the floor from squeaking. The installation from start to finish was flawless from my perspective. All joints are tight. Of particular note is the cove molding. The Miter joints are perfect, and I can't tell where the nails were placed. Cleanup was immaculate too. I've seen the negative reviews here, and I respect the opinions of the people who posted them. Clearly something happened when their jobs were done. When Mike came to my house to give me an estimate, I grilled him on those negative posts. I wanted to hear what he had to say. As one would imagine, there are always two sides to every story. If you are considering hardwood floors, you really need to get an estimate from Mike, and discuss any concerns you have. I'm so glad I did. The floors look amazing."

Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. "Outstanding. Marcin came to the house right away and gave us an estimate. Once the insurance company paid the damage claim, we got scheduled in a week and work started right on time. He had the right sized crew of four who were able to get everything done from moving big furniture around, stripping the old flooring out and installing the new hardwood floor. The floor is beautiful and perfectly installed. They had taken photos of each room so they knew exactly where to put everything back. They finished up by giving the whole floor a good cleaning up. We hope we never need another floor replacement but have no doubt that Magniflooring is the go to place."

"Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. Since I already had the wood planks, they needed to have the appropriate thickness of plywood (?) to place beneath the replacement planks. It was outstanding work! "A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."
