"Troy assessed my yard drainage situation and came up with an excellent plan to regrade and draw water away from house to edge of property and stopped flooding into my basement. The work was done very quickly, professionally, and effectively. They even took care of resodding and reseeding my yard around the area where they installed the drainage ditch. No more flooding into my basement. Also introduced me to Jesus Gaona who rebuilt our deck, shores up my fences and handled general contractor projects needed to restore my home from all the leak damage: drywall, painting, electrical. "Redesign from grass to boulders and decorative plants: Ibi and crew came and removed all of the front yard plants, mostly grass and a few accent evergreens. It was a total overhaul. His staff spent 2 days removing plants in place plus roots and soil. Boulders came next. Watching his staff work was a pleasure. He was here every day to oversee that it was done to his requirements. It looked fabulous when completed. However, in a month we had a major problem - nutsedge. It did not happen immediately, but it was killed and removed by his staff. He also added some plants for ground cover and replaced one plant's loss. We experienced a few problems but like the professional he is, Ibi resolved each one as it occurred - lights, nutsedge, and dead plants. He replaced and addressed all of our problems. Definitely would use his company again."
