An appointment for a thorough inspection of the exterior and interior of the chimney was arranged shortly after our first call. The compromised part of the chimney was protected with a tarpaulin which was attached so securely that it remained in place during this winter's high winds. Mr. Atchley met with us to discuss the problems. He presented options, listened to our preferences, and made additional recommendations. We received a detailed estimate shortly afterwards. The work was started on schedule and the work crew arrived on time each day, so we never had to wait for their arrival. The crew cleaned up each day, respecting our home and property through the removal of our old chimney and fireplace and installation of the new materials.
