"PowerUp Electric did an extensive rewiring of my parent's 1914 home. The wiring was a real mess with a mix old and new wiring. Gabriel, Martin, and Frank were wonderful. Prior to hiring PowerUp, we had a few other electricians come out to see what was needed, but we did not feel comfortable with their knowledge of how to extensively rewire the home. "We needed a NEMA 14-50 EV charger installed outdoors for an electric car, and got 3 quotes from Angie's List. Based on the 3 bids, it seemed certain we'd need a subpanel breaker box installed as our main breaker box was full and there were no empty slots to assign to the EV charger. However, only Tommy from Fairway offered up a potential solution within the existing breaker box, if they were able to source a hard to find quad breaker. It seemed unlikely, but would save a lot of hours (new box install / wiring under the house) and money. Sure enough, he source the part and made it happen.
