"Original work started with removing wood siding above garage door and replacing with standard rough stucco, but evolved to re-stucco entire front of house to smooth stucco including removing wood siding around front windows. Work had to be done in phases to coordinate with contractor for a new wood garage door/jamb installation. They performed good quality work. They were on-time and cleaned their work area. For the most part, they were responsive to my communications (by text)."

"Done quickly and efficiently. A big shout out to Tina,Carlos,Levi and Brian, they kept things on track and on schedule. I highly recommend Trusted Home Contractors."

"Brilliantly! Nir, my contractor, helped to realize my vision of a beautiful Mexican styled bathroom! With Talavera and Saltillo tiles, an elegant soak tub, charming hand painted sink.... it is a relaxing, therapeutic refuge! Moises, and Christian, were terrific on the job! And very tidy! Moises made all of the plumbing installation look easy, though with my old house I know there were a few glitches. And Moises is an artist when it comes to setting the hand-made tiles! The small powder room and laundry room got clean, bright makeovers as well! I could not be happier! The rooms, and especially the main bathroom, are more beautiful than I dreamed!"

"My husband and I recently purchased our first home and couldn’t be more excited. The house was built in the 1960’s so you can imagine how dated it was. The kitchen had to absolutely be remodeled prior to move-in, so we wanted to act fast to get the entire job done ASAP. Therefore we chose the kitchen contractor team at Pearl Remodeling. We knew Gal previously because he had done my sister’s entire home (gutted the WHOLE thing) and the make-over was completely stunning. We had Gal come over for an initial consultation on our project and he already had so many great ideas and recommendations. He helped us expand our space from a galley kitchen to a more modern open look. I had a vision for the kitchen and Gal worked with me ensuring I was satisfied. Gal is not only warm and friendly, but he works tirelessly to make sure every fine detail is addressed and on time! If I had any questions regarding our remodel (again this was our first project) he was patient and answered every question thoroughly. We also had a tight budget and he worked closely with us to ensure we were in range and always kept us informed of what was happening. We felt so confident with Gal and his team for handling the kitchen remodel that my husband and I left for Italy for 3 weeks. We returned to a brand new kitchen and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Gal gives you nothing but quality! Thank you so much Gal, the WHOLE crew and team at Pearl Remodeling and Jalen; the work was so beautifully and tastefully done we can’t believe it’s actually ours!"

"Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."

"Zohar at Best Builders Group came out to our house in order to check and see how and what to change in the existing kitchen. Zohar and his team of people did a wonderful remodeling job from A to Z. We were very impressed and surprised from the high quality of the work and from the professionalism of the workers. During the work, several issues came up during the remodeling project but the team and Zohar handled all of them with no effect to the completion date and with no additional cost. We are looking forward to hire them soon and to remodel all of our bathrooms."

"Refurbished and repainted bathroom ceiling. Did a great job and was very productive, finishing after 2 days."

"Eli is a real professional. As soon as you meet him, you see you are dealing with a real professional contractor. We met with 4 different contractors and he was the only one with so much knowledge. I picked him for a full renovation project, we did full kitchen renovation, bathrooms, knocked 3 walls down, exterior was completely redone as well, including a new pool, Stucco, Paint and new drywall where we knocked the walls down. The job was done in 3 months. I was amazed by how many people worked in one day! Would hire them and won't hesitate."
