Mike and his crew came only a few minutes later than the scheduled time, but he promptly notified me of his new arrival time anyway to check if the new time still works, which I appreciate. Because of the age of our house and the way it was constructed, things weren't straightforward as the work began, but Mike was patient and figured out a way to install the lights the way we wanted.
