"Outstanding! • I called at 9:45 AM and they had someone here by 3:15 PM same day. • They identified the cause of the leak as a shingle torn at the tab, which allowed water through to find a nail hole or two. They repaired it and sealed it. I didn’t ask him to, but while he was up there he checked all my vent pipes coming through the roof. He says GAF (a well-known shingle manufacturer) has a school they’ve all attended, and there is a specific way they recommend shingles be installed around vent pipes to insure they seal well long term. Mine are not installed that way. He said it’s not like he can re-do them the way GAF recommends now, but he did caulk and seal around them as best he could. It’s not guaranteed work, but it’s a common place for older roofing to fail, and he said it might buy me an extra year or two when the roof gets near needing replaced. • I also asked them to fix a gutter leak which they did. In the process, though, they also noted and sealed a leak in the fascia at the same spot I didn’t even know about. So yes, not only were they timely and professional, but very pro-active in looking for other things to square away in one call. During a subsequent rain I've confirmed the issues I called about are resolved. I'm very pleased."

"First, the process of getting the estimate was quick and easy. They provide a digital image of what the house was going to look like. It was impressive because they did it while they were there. Massimo was the guy who came for our estimate. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We went with board and baton on the bottom, faux cedar shake on top, new gutters, and new soffit and fascia. Then, once the materials were in, we were told it would take two weeks to finish the whole project. Sounds reasonable for all of the work that needed done.... But just wait, keep reading... George, the project manager, came out on day one of the project. Seriously, he was the friendliest guy and also knows his craft well. Before they began work he informed me of something that might be an issue. We weighed the risk and decided to go forward. Fortunately, it turned out we were okay and there was no issue BUT could you imagine if they started working first and we weren't prepared for what could have been an extra expense?! That's what I mean about George knowing what he's doing, he kept us informed the whole time. The team of guys were working on our home for 12 hours a day and they were busy the whole time. They were very friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. I posted a few progress photos of the work they did so you can see the process. They ended up finishing our home in FOUR days! We had expected a lot longer. They were amazing! Afterwards, we received a follow up call from Massimo to see how things went. Of course we love the transformation and this company has certainly been aptly named... Our home has a new look! After a few days one of the project managers came to take a look and asked if we had any questions or feedback. They have been helpful every step of the way! If you're considering a new look for your home definitely give Massimo and George a call, you won't regret it! We love love love the experience we had with this company and will be sure to give them a call again when we go to replace windows or our roof!"
