Johnny on the spot, polite, personable, works hard, cleans up his area after he has worked on whatever the problem is and has fixed a couple of very problematic appliances that I have. If I have questions or think of something that might work (that he has heard of but hasn't tried before), when other methods fail, Charlie is open, accommodating. He has suggested repairs with saving me money in mind, and never goes for the big ticket replacement part when a tweek of this or that can be done instead. I greatly appreciate this!"

After asking me for the make and the model number, I was unable to locate the model number. Upon his request, I also sent him photos so he could locate the correct parts. Days later, he was still unable to figure out what model I had and what parts he needed. I was able to do a simple Google search and locate the pertinent information. He has not called me back. I just don't really trust him or want to work with him."
