"From start to finish we were extremely impressed by Lion Wood Floor's service and professionalism. When I called to make an appointment, Helene returned my call immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. She showed up promptly at the time she had scheduled for our appointment. She even called while on the way to let us know she was on the way, even though she was going to be on time. When Helene arrived, she gave us a price that seemed more than fair, and then was honest enough to let us know that that was the minimum price and they could do another hallway and bedroom as well for the same price! We were very happy when they scheduled our floors to be refinished very soon after that initial appointment. Our floors were very worn and damaged and Ron and his crew did an AMAZING job. Our floors look GORGEOUS! I never thought they would look this beautiful. Areas that were very darkened from water damage are virtually gone. We mailed them a check after the work was completed. The check was lost in the mail. Helene was extremely patient and nice while we waited two weeks hoping that original check would turn up but it never did.
