"Mr. Blaney and his crew did a simply outstanding job with all aspects of the design and installation of a new landscape for our front and side yard. We had several project goals for a mature yard (new to us): water drainage off of our flat lot, root barrier for a large red oak; removal of overgrown plants, 3 trees, and tons of loose river rock; simplified flower bed design, stone edging for aesthetics and to reduce weeds; and plants better adapted to our property conditions. Mr. Blaney’s experience and artistry came together to address all our goals. He is a master with stone and rock! We have beautiful beds, a large patio, sidewalk, and a new front porch that is just a jewel. His crew was very reliable, experienced, fast, and just awesome masons. The work was done according to the plan we all agreed to; there were no financial surprises. Plus, it was a lot of fun working with these folks – they are so good at what they do and are passionate about the quality of their work. We are thoroughly delighted with our new yard and look forward to working with Blaney Stonework again, on our backyard."

Once we decided on a direction, he was able to get me on the schedule quickly. He removed old gravel and grass, and leveled the side of my house to improve water run off and create a nice outdoor space for patio furniture. Both of these projects involved obtaining HOA approval as well as city permits. Geraldo managed the city permits for me in a very timely manner. The concrete work is over a year old now and is in perfect condition with no cracks or sinking. His communication style was very timely and professional. I hired Alberto and his team to put a stone/brick border around my flower bed and tree. Working with Alberto was very easy and he went above and beyond during the project. Without knowing the exact stone or brick on my house, he matched them perfectly. His team finished the project in less than a day and it looks amazing. We may have the best looking masonry in the neighborhood now. Alberto came back after the job was done to check the work and touched some things up himself. I could not recommend their services enough."
