"Review update 3/23/26 I changed my rating to a 2 from a 3 after Kevin Gresham tried to have my review deleted from Angie's List by telling them he didn't do any work for me. Gresham quoted more than my budget so we chose to reduce. He said I had to purchase materials including excess materials. And unused could be returned. He ordered incorrect parts. He did a good job on the stud forward panel removal and replacement but ran out of time at the end of the day and did a poor job on adding metal mesh. He did not remove any materials from my property, old scrap or unused. He said he could not return the excess unused 4x8 ft panel because he did not have a trailer he also said and 34;I would burn debris and 34;. This was a lie. I had to remove all the material myself. He said contract exclude cleanup forward/ removal. His contract also excluded removal of the old material from deck which was necessary. I paid him on Zelle which he verified two payments but failed to acknowledge final two payments and send paid invoice."
