"Mark made our bathtub look like it was just installed very satisfied with his work and was very polite."

"I can't say enough good things about Proficient Plumbing. This was a big job. They couldn't reach the pipe to replace it from the basement due to a bathroom bump out and had to excavate outside to be able to remove an old, rusted & broken cast iron pipe and replace it with PVC. Paul, Kyle, Tim, and Jose were amazing to work with. Apparently this problem was years in the making, and I'm so relieved that it's finally been resolved. I've hired them before and would definitely hire them again. They're true professionals, honest, and communicate in a way that's easy to understand. And Kristen kept me informed every step of the way and was such a pleasure to deal with."

"We recently had our bathtub removed and replaced with a shower from West Shore. From the first visit to installation everything was handled very professionally. They kept us updated on everything that was going on. On the day of installation Jansen B. And Matt O. Arrived on time. They were courteous, clean and very quiet. They completed the job before dinner time and cleaned and left my bathroom cleaner than when they came. We were super pleased with the product and workmanship. We intend to enjoy it for many more years."

"Everyone at Kitchen Magic was professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire refacing process. The sales rep recommended adding elements that made the design even more functional and attractive. Ziggy performed the work and did an amazing job! He was on time every day and left my kitchen clean and neat every night. He has an incredible eye for detail and did flawless work. One of the cabinet doors came nicked. Kitchen Magic quickly sent a replacement door and another installer out to hang it for me. Overall, it was a stress-free process, and I’m very pleased with how my cabinets look now."

"Bryn arrived absolutely on time, as agreed. His business and work overview was brief and concise, with my opportunity to ask questions and gain more insight. He provided a thorough explanation of each item of work, the product & guarantee, and next steps. The approach was truly professional and treated me like an intelligent adult. The next steps of measuring and my input occurred on time and precisely how we agreed â ¦ without surprises. Their installation guys also arrived on time, protected my home with tarps and floor protection. Their work was stellar and the result was stunning. They consulted with me each step in the process of the install to ensure my satisfaction. They cleaned-up completely and left my home spotless. Best of all management called and texted throughout the install and after to make certain I was satisfiedâ ¦. Just an â Old Schoolâ level of customer satisfaction! Their business approach is rare these days, hands on, and one actually gets an honest to questions! Iâ ve already referred them to a friend and she had the identical experiences! Nice Company!"

"A replace my shower did very good work just don’t care for the finance company. I won’t recommend them to my friends and family. Just don’t go with the finance company. I feel as a rip off or a scam."

"We hired Bath Gitters for our guest bath. The installation was seamless from start to finish. It was done quickly and the bath was left spotless. Everything is perfect."

"We had a major overhaul of our kitchen. Door openings closed up, new lighting installed in our ceiling, lots of electrical outlets, lighting in our cabinets, gas line moved and plumbing moved from the outside wall to the middle of the kitchen. Tom and his crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient (with all of my nonsensical questions every 10 minutes), fair and honest. They were very professional yet friendly and down to earth. The perfect blend especially since they are going to be in and out of your house when you're there and when you're not. I'm planning a new project in the spring and they will be on my speed dial! Very impressed."

"Installed 22 new windows, 2 entry doors, and new sliding glass door. Outstanding service, price, and installation. Highly recommend."
