"After a terrible experience with Egress Systems Inc. not showing up on contracted date I contacted Steelway to see if they could get my egress installed before my basement reno started in a week. Tate came out to see the space early the next morning to accommodate me since I was leaving for vacation that morning. He even gave me his cell phone #. They gave me a fair price and were able to squeeze the job in before construction started. Everything was smooth and easy. They were prompt, provided excellent customer service, and we are very pleased with the job. I highly recommend Steelway for egress window install."

"I purchased replacement window from their warehouse. Their salesman told me the windows had a 10 warranty on the windows. However, when one of the window had a crack on the inside of the window they refused to honor the sash replacement with out be paid a service charge to replace what is clearly a manufacturer defect. I purchased the window year ago clearly with the ten year warranty. I have installed windows for 35+ years would not recommend this company."

"I had 15 new windows put in my home that cost over $17,000 back in 2022 as the people who originally put them in for Install America didn't speak English enough to understand them. I caught then drinking alcohol and smoking marihuana. I called their boss and he did nothing. The windows were put in crooked (as on a slant), plus some were not installed in the entire way and water leaked in and I could see around the windows to the outside. I would talk to a guy named Bill, whom is a complete liar, as it seems to work at Install America you have to be a liar and not know what you are doing. So it seems if you want to work for this company, you have to know needle point not windows. This is now 2026 and they send someone to come fix my windows every year, and every year the windows still leak air badly. 2025 Bill sent a guy here who use to work for Anderson Windows (Derek) and he said he would be here from day one until finish and he came one time and never returned because of speech. "WOW... a contractor who is Reasonably Priced, Reliable, Communicative (stays in touch before, during and after the job) and PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH... this represents Lifetime Concrete. I live out of town and contracted with them (Brian - owner) to have existing porch steps and underlying pavement demolished and replaced for a family member in the Northampton, PA area. I can easily say that my experience with Brian and Jessica (Lifetime Concrete company coordinator who hand held me all the way thru the job) was one of the best "contractor experiences" I have ever had!! Imagine... a contractor who doesn't miss commitments, has no "surprises" and does quality work and who I HIGHLY recommend."
