"Zach was easy to deal with. He explained everything well and answered concerns. I had flying squirrels and didn't want them killed. He captured them alive and came the next morning when they were in the trap so they would not die of thirst or hunger. He sealed the holes they made in the soffits and put up some reflectors to deter woodpeckers. He did everything he promised and at the price he quoted."
