For my more extensive work, they showed up early and stayed until the end of the day, and came back until they were finished with the project. I had a prior contractor charge me a lot to supposedly fix my leaking flat roof (so they just don't do slate) and 2 years later, it was leaking again. Stefan from Rustic Slate said the fix was just temporary, so the flat roofed was repaired again and this time the right way. "Marty and the entire Pioneer roofing team are to be commended for a great job and value for work performed. Due to winter and spring storm damage, what we thought would be a patch job ultimately turned out to be a full replacement of our 25 year old roof. During some of the hottest days of the summer, the team showed up at 6:45 am on Day 1 and began the tear off and ultimately completed ½ of the replacement the first day. Back the next day bright and early to beat afternoon thunderstorms in the forecast, the team completed the reroof, cleaned and replaced the spouting guards and thoroughly cleaned up all debris. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. The entire team was thorough, professional, polite, and trustworthy. The cost was slightly above the average of the quotes we received but it was apparent when we talked to them they were the best equipped to do the job. We are glad we went with Pioneer."
