The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the entire site before leaving. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact I had a date for a visit to review the project and provide an estimate. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. The crew arrived exactly two weeks later and at the end of the first day all of the original roof was stripped and 80% of the installation of the underlayment, shingles and trim was complete. They finished on day two, and after they finished the entire crew did a site walk around looking for anything they had missed. Jim kept us apprised via text on his availability because there was a minor weather delay. Further, we were able to view the company's previous work in the area. They did a very good job on a difficult roof. We had three or four layers that had to be removed, we also had some rotted wood to be replaced, two large dormers and a very high elevation in the rear of our house. Also they were able to patch a porch that another company thought needed a total replacement. We are happy with the finished product and the clean up."
