"I have used SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning, LLC. both professionally and personally for over 17 years. They are the most customer service oriented company that I have dealt with from start to finish. I have used SteamMaster numerous times for carpet cleaning for my own home and for property management. They show up on-time, the employees are extremely professional and highly qualified in their profession. Every employee beginning with Lorraine or Roseanne who answers the phone to the technicians, three who stand out in my mind, Wayne, Carlos and Ziggy, who perform the work have positive attitudes and top notch customer service skills. I have used them for restoration/remediation several times and they are remarkable in their timeliness response as well as their remediation techniques. All of the employees always go above and beyond in customer service every time I use them. I recently had a flood in my home and they <br /> basically saved my new wood floor from being replaced. I would recommend SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning, LLC located in Minturn, CO for all carpet cleaning and restoration/remediation My work. Their advertisement slogan, "One call does it all" doesn't do them justice as they are the best service provider in the Vail Valley area. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Karri W"

"First off I was not an easy customer. Everything that I liked was outside of my budget so he gave me several quotes on different products and even priced out the final granite a couple of different ways. In addition to this my counters were just a little too big for one slab so he helped me a lot with different options. He looked for remnants for me and eventually ended up working with The Stone Collection to match a competitors price in addition to helping me find someone else that was able to use the other part of the second slab that we needed. Then when he came to template our counters he spent time talking with me about different options for edges, corners and depth of the counter. Now that it's installed it looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. <br /> Overall Shawn was amazing to work with. He was very patient with all of our changes and indecisions. Also he almost always answered the phone and returned the few messages I left very promptly. I would highly recommend him for any stone countertop project. <br />"

"The company had the flooring that I wanted in stock. They provided samples, pictures, and a lot of useful info to help me decide on the flooring and to help in talking to installers about how to best install and finish the flooring, though they did not refer me to any local installers. Once we decided on an installer and were ready to go, we had a fairly tight timeline, which we made clear. The purchase process was easy, but unfortunately our flooring was not picked up at the warehouse on schedule for two days running, and no one notified us -- I had to call the company and get my contact to look into what was happening with our order. They provided a couple of options, and fortunately my installer was able to pick up the flooring at a local terminal, instead of us loosing several days of acclimation time over a long holiday weekend when no deliveries would be made. A lot of calls and emails were exchanged, but they did stay on top of things this time and made sure we got our flooring. The flooring was beautiful, excellent quality and very dry so that the needed acclimation time was minimized. Our installer was very happy with the quality also and the floors look amazing. While the material was not inexpensive by any means, we feel that is was really worth the investment in our home, and would be surprised if anyone else would have supplied as high a quality product for a lower price. Moreover, though it did take some time on my part, basically acting as a GC, finding and hiring an installer, materials, and making sure the material got to us, based on an initial quote we got, we believe we saved at least 25% of the total project over contracting with a local installer to handle everything."

"<p>After obtaining a bid from a prominent local tile business that I thought was too expensive, I asked Levi's Custom Tile for a bid that came in at one third the price for the labor compared to the other vendor. Levi and is workers installed the tile on time, as specified, and did an excellent job. Very professional. We plan on using him again for future jobs.</p> <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"The sales rep came over and took measurements and promptly sent me an estimate via email. After obtaining three other estimates, I decided to go with this company. After we selected our granite, they fabricated the slabs and was ready for install in about two weeks. On the day of installation, they came over with a crew of about 5 men, as a couple of these granite pieces were very large and heavy and was difficult to get into the kitchen.--As they were laying the heaviest of two pieces down, they cracked the slab in two areas, where the sink cutouts are located. Needless to say, this was very disconcerting to me and I told them I'd like a new slab brought it. They asked to allow them to try and repair the damaged one on the spot and if I was not satisfied, then they would look at bringing in another slab.--A very expensive proposition for them. The foreman explained that while it is not a frequent occurrence, cracks do sometimes happen during transporting and installing granite and they can usually repair it so that the slab is structurally sound and the repair barely noticeable to the eye. I agreed to let them to try with the understanding that I would have final say. <br /> The crew injected some special resin into the fractures and reset them. Several days later they sent in a finish specialist (at their expense) to polish the repaired area to match the sheen of the rest of the slab. After that was done, the granite looked perfect. Unless you knew exactly where to look, you would not notice the repair..It looks like a normal "vein" in the pattern of the granite. Additionally, they gave me a 5-year written warranty to cover the repaired area. Normal warranty is 2 years. It's been 4 years since the granite was installed and it still looks perfect. <br /> Two years ago, we contracted with them again to install granite in our two upstairs bathrooms. The work on those were perfect. <br /> <br />"
