"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"My regular appliance repairman was on vacation so I found Noble Appliance on Angie's List and was grateful they serviced my area. The repair tech came out in less than a week. I was a little nervous as the diagnostic took 1 1/2 hours. Fortunately they have a flat rate of $68 for the diagnostic and if you need a part, the $68 is applied toward the part. The folks at Noble must have gotten a few grey hairs over this one as the part for my 21 year old washer had been discontinued. Once they did find one, it was more expensive than originally quoted, they would not charge me for the additional cost. I thought I had convinced them to split the difference but the amount on the final invoice was as originally quoted. It took about 3 weeks to get the part (not their fault) and once I got the call, the timer was replaced the next day which happened to be a Saturday- at no additional cost. That's good service. <br />"
