"The second time I hired Limitless Renovations to renovate my bathroom was much more complex than my first experience, though it required many of the same elements as the first reno: Attention to design within my budget, their work ethic and, perhaps most important, attention to detail. They were in steady communication with me through my assigned Project Manager. Not only was the renovated bathroom to be redesigned, it required such major changes as moving the toilet, building a new shower, and replacing the floor tiles; the project also included enlarging the door, replacing the vanity and various other design aspects. To me, ‘Limitless’ in their name refers, not only to the scope of bathroom and kitchen projects they can carry out, not only in helping me to choose the best materials and colors, but also in ensuring that I would experience the least possible discomfort and inconvenience as they carried out the project. Most important, though, was their meticulous attention to detail; I am still amazed as I notice in the tile, for example, the tiniest areas where they have cut it to fit precisely. They completed the project on time and slightly under budget. Generally, I would have discovered a few items that needed adjustment, as I did with this project. The one item was that the bathroom door did not quite engage when closed. A message to my Project Coordinator late one afternoon resulted in a quick correction the next morning before 8:30. Ten months after completion, my ‘new’ bathroom is as delightfully beautiful and efficient as the first day I experienced it. I could not be more satisfied and, when I have another renovation project, I will gladly contact them alone."

"We could not be more pleased with the master bathroom renovation performed by Dennis Delashmit and his PHI team. Renovation is stressful at the best of times, but having to make selections and have different individuals in your home while on COVID-19 shelter in place restrictions could be extremely trying. Dennis and his wife, Jean. assisted us with finding materials and even went to one large shop themselves to send us photos of options when it seemed that the tile we had picked might not be available. Dennis outlined the safety guidelines that everyone would follow, and his team was very compliant with the steps outlined. (Masks were worn whenever we had to be in the space where they were working, a dedicated service/work entrance was used, daily temperature checks performed)We were reassured by the skilled professionals that performed various aspects of the renovation. Dennis would always inform us of who would be working in our home the following day. Amazingly, work progress quite smoothly and was finished and the expected timeframe. If we requested adjustments or additional work, the request were handled in a very timely and professional fashion. We were so pleased with our newly remodeled and much more attractive master bathroom. The results are beautiful, and we would highly recommend PHI. They would be the first company we would consider for future work."

"They are fantastic! They were super responsive, not only before the project started, but throughout the whole remodel. They even made suggestions like doing a niche in the shower. I didn’t ask for one, but they reached out to check so they could add it while they were doing the work. We also made a few small changes and added a small job, and they took it in stride. "I purchase the cabinets, sink and the hardware such as facets, shower heads and the glass shower doors. He took the time to explain things to me and used his professional experience to make recommendations to stare me down the right path. This project was for 2 weeks but it ended up being a 4 weeks. There are a lot of little things in the bathroom that was not done right. I have a mosaic tile with a pattern in it and rather that have the tile line up correctly there are quite a few spots within the tile that  it’s backward. I told them I wanted a white bath and they bought a half white bath.  The wires were not correctly done so a light fixture went out. I was frustrated because I was paying the project manager and they were not managing it properly. They were coming at 11 in the morning and they had to leave to work on someone’s garage door."

Once a design/layout was agreed upon, we were provided 3D images of what the end product would look like, once the project was completed, it was amazing on how accurate the plan images were compared to the actual bathroom!
