"This was the third bathroom remodel for which we used PHI. The first, small just fixture replacement, the second remodel included making a bathroom for an elderly famly member with cognative and movility issues plus creating a small kitchenette. This third one makes every one of the three bathrooms in our 1980's something home modern, roomy and up-to-date. The tiny pre-fab shower had to go. In it's place, with some annexed space from another room, Dennis and his team put a large walk-in shower, it is fully tiled using a Schluter base and includes new lighting and several shower head options from which to choose. When we finally decide to down-size, we will likely use PHI for any remodeling and always recommend them. The entire team was professional, skilled, friendly and honest. The depth of knowledge came in handy on more than one occasion because as often happens with remodels one finds surprises once opening up walls. They knew just what to do."

"LAR Construction and Remodeling provided excellent design recommendations for our master bath. Once a design/layout was agreed upon, we were provided 3D images of what the end product would look like, once the project was completed, it was amazing on how accurate the plan images were compared to the actual bathroom! We are definitely pleased."

"They remodeled one bathrooom back in 2019 and I had them do another bathroom and work in the kitchen. The tiling is perfection! They pay attention to detail, are conscientious about clean up as well. Also, they were able to work very fast!"

"I used BCM London to handle a long list of home renovations. Overall the quality of the projects was great and they have established some solid relationships with subcontractors. The star of the process is Salar who project manages everything and is extremely responsive. He steps in to handle any question or need and always made it a priority to address any concerns that may come up. On any project that is as large as ours there will be complications here or there, but Salar always made sure things get sorted quickly and correctly. They renovated 2 bathrooms replacing all the countertops, tile, etc. We also replaced the master shower with all quartz to match the countertops. A 3rd bathroom also had countertops replaced. The entire house was replumbed (a 3 story house with 7 bathrooms) with PEX to deal with the notorious Cobb county pin hole leaks in copper. The plumbing team was great and sent a very large crew to sort out such a large job as quickly as possible. They also handled numerous aspect of the bathroom renos. All of the windows on the west side of the house were replaced with pella windows that have PVC frames to help deal with the sun damage the wooden windows were experiencing. Though they did not handle our deck and deck roof installation, they did sort out a lot of electrical for that project and handled electrical for both the top and the bottom of the deck. This included a new electrical box separate from the one inside so that all external wiring was on a dedicated circuit. Finally a wet bar and cabinets were installed in the basement. This included tile, electrical, plumbing, and fabrication. As you can imagine a project this large took some time and over that period BCM made the experience as pleasant as possible. This included replacing various floor and dust protections to protect the rest of the house from the construction. I would certainly recommend them to others. They are not the cheapest but when it comes to construction you get what you pay for. If you want a company that will communicate, work with you, help you along the way, and do so pleasantly, then BCM is for you."

"I have used them for three projects and will be using them on a future project when the time is right. I have found his worker to be trustworthy and well-skilled. The work they did for me included a complete kitchen remodel, a master bathroom remodel, and a complete guest bathroom remodel. The work was done on time, completed, and according to contract specifications. They were not hiding things or surprising me with costs associated with my project. I can highly recommend Sam G. Remodeling!"
