"This was the third bathroom remodel for which we used PHI. The first, small just fixture replacement, the second remodel included making a bathroom for an elderly famly member with cognative and movility issues plus creating a small kitchenette. This third one makes every one of the three bathrooms in our 1980's something home modern, roomy and up-to-date. The tiny pre-fab shower had to go. In it's place, with some annexed space from another room, Dennis and his team put a large walk-in shower, it is fully tiled using a Schluter base and includes new lighting and several shower head options from which to choose. When we finally decide to down-size, we will likely use PHI for any remodeling and always recommend them. The entire team was professional, skilled, friendly and honest. The depth of knowledge came in handy on more than one occasion because as often happens with remodels one finds surprises once opening up walls. They knew just what to do."

The excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail given to this project were phenomenal as well as the timeliness in getting the project done. Lar-Con was there on Thanksgiving Week to start the project. The crew showed up when they said they would - every time. They made sure floors and walls were protected while they did their work and cleaned up every day before they left. Mr. Rowland kept in contact with me on this project and was always available whenever I had questions. My new garage door works better than ever. The wall looks like there was never any damage and the bathroom looks wonderful, even better than the original. I would hire Lar-Con Construction again in a heartbeat. This company is now the official builder of my household."

"Jhony Ventura did a wonderful job for us! We had a wall between a bright, sunny tv room and a very dark, windowless foyer. Jhony cut out a 4 x 6 window, moved some electrical, then framed it. It looks great, foyer is now so much sunnier. Going to have shutters put up eventually. No mess, furniture covered, great experience and would certainly use Jhony again."
