After a few hours of diagnosis, he determined the underlying issue was our Denon receiver. He worked with Denon on the phone and found out we needed to replace the 3 year old unit. Fortunately, it was under warranty. He came back out to complete our theater room setup once we got the replacement receiver. We could not recommend Evan more highly for any of your electronics repair and installation as well as home automation. He is amazing to work with."

"He came out and briefly looked around the exterior of the back of the house. Even though we said we heard scratching in the attic, he didn't take a look for any droppings or signs of rodents. He did note a couple things to fix inside. He said if we still heard noises after we did that to call him back. At least he didn't charge anything and he was nice."
