The team (Phillip and Troy) were very responsive, they completed the whole project in one day (even though I was expecting it to take two days), and they provided some nice extra touches like adding a platform in the attic that we could use for storage and adding some extra batts at no extra charge to several parts of the attic that we hadn't planned on.
