"I met Robert for an estimate. Robert is a straight shooter, gave a competitive estimate, and no pressure at all. I decided to go with him after another estimate I got was borderline gouging. I was impressed with how efficiently and quickly his crew worked. These guys know what they are doing. Many companies can insulate an attic but Attic Air can also replace attic and bathroom fans. Make sure your soffit though has holes in it to let air into the attic. This was an optional piece for me but the crew chief explained to me the new attic fan that was being installed would burn out if there was not enough air coming in from the soffit for the fans to circulate. I also took advantage to replace two other very old bathroom fans with more powerful Panasonic 100 cfm LED fans to take advantage of the crew being in the attic. My second floor used to be 3 degrees cooler than what the thermostat showed on the first floor, but is now 1 degree or no difference. I am hoping I won't need a separate cooler fan in the summer on the second floor. Didn't need a separate heater for winter at least or shiver unless I brought up the temperature on first floor."

"This is my first Angies List review and it could not be more deserving. Crew showed up as scheduled and made sure hallway and bed room path were covered. Sprayed 15 inches of insulation (R-38 insulation) of over existing insulation in attic. No dust or debris left behind in bedroom or closet (attic entry way)  Overall Trela Roofing did a very good job for us from the bidding till the insulation itself. "The team sealed our attic, added attic chutes, terminated two bath exhaust fans via soffit, built boxes around our recessed lights and blew in insulation. They tested air leakage before and after with positive results. We notice a difference in furnace cycling (gone down despite artic temps) and upper level of home is more comfortable. They worked hard and did a good job cleaning up after themselves."

"George came out promptly and did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and provided options on what can be done. The insulation work was performed by Jesus who also found and fixed two foundation cracks. Encapsulation was done by Juan's team and they all did a great job. They were able to perform all the work with a very narrow opening into the crawlspace and were also able to fit in the dehumidifier. After installation there was a minor issue with the dehumidifier and Craig came right away to fix it. Great experience and I'd definitely use their services in the future if need be."
