"My husband and I chose True Building Performance because of their 5-star rating. We were very impressed with Paul’s timely responses to our calls and questions and the team’s professionalism throughout the process of insulating our attic. Paul and Joe took the time to show and explain to us exactly what the job would entail, and we trust that their work was completed in an excellent manner. It was a pleasure to interact with their team, who were punctual, respectful and considerate of our home. They demonstrated competence and congeniality when interacting with each other which we greatly appreciated. They offered a fair price for the job, and there were no surprises with additional costs. We gladly concur with the 5-star rating!"

"They installed soundproofing insulation in our finished basement ceiling. Results exceeded expectations. Price was very reasonable. Prompt and professional. Courteous and clean. Highly recommended."

"Start to finish, this company is 5 stars. It's so refreshing to hire a company that does what it promises. Their communication was outstanding. They showed up on time every day. They were very respectful of our house, always took shoes off to walk through and carefully covered everything with plastic to protect from the dust. Gary provided a very detailed and thorough estimate, offering suggestions but never upselling. Billy, Mark and Aaron worked super hard and accomplished so much in a very short time. Mark, the dad, supervised and kept us updated throughout the process. When there was a minor issue that arose, they were all over it and fixed it without question or hesitation. I wish all companies operated like this one. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat."

"I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Ray and his team. Work was done expertly, on time and for a fair price. Energy savings are more than he estimated (I think he is conservative). I would call him in future!"

"I worked with Nick. He did a great job of explaining pros and cons guiding me to making appropriate decisions on the repair to my front porch. He adapted to changes well!"

"Matt was wonderful. He removed the nest from upper bathroom vent, cleaned and installed a screen in vent so I won't have that problem again. I was so satisfied with job and price. The "pest control" companies don't have a license to remove wildlife, they passed me onto construction companies that wanted $1,000 for this job!!!! Thankfully Angie's List had Get Out Critters. Grateful Gail"

"Excellent job showed up on time went over and above what was needed to be insulated."

"They did a great job installing the insulation. Travis was a great guy and so was his helper. The only problem they had was their staple guns kept jamming up. Other than that they did a good job and finished in 2 + days."

"Everyone that I dealt with in this company was great. They did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional. The job came in at budget. I am very happy with the job that they have done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who was planning on having blown in insulation done in their home."

"Really well done assessment. Installation was pro but I had to invite them back to work out a few kinks in the carpentry which they did graciously"
