"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "The crew of four arrived right on time and they completed the task in the time allotted, which I thought would be impossible. They needed to use my ladders due to an apparent mix-up in the internal messaging, but that was fine. They handled the tall ceiling and its irregularities very well. I appreciate the estimator's suggestion to use Tyvek over the whole ceiling to cover the exposed batts thereby giving a better, finished look and it also brightens the space immensely."

"I had my garage walls insulated, the 3 guys that did the work were very good, they covered my garage from top to bottom with heavy plastic to minimize the mess & protect my belongings from the blown insulation but they also did a fantastic clean up job, they finished the job in about 3.5 hrs, they were very polite & professional"

"Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."

"Salesman Mike Best came to the home to do the initial assessment. Mike was fantastic. Upbeat, positive, knowledgable and an overall nice guy. I highly recommend him. He coordinated the blown in insulation in the attic of my room over the garage and the insulation and drywalling the ceiling of my garage. Both crews that came were very professional, super efficient, and nice guys. The room over my garage had either extremely hot or cold temperature. After they insulated the attic, there was an immediate and very pleasing change to the room temperature. The room was finally comfortable. His second crew arrived the next day and insulated and installed drywall to the ceiling of an 800 sq foot garage in a day! They returned the next day to finish up mudding. The temperature change to our room over the garage was drastic. I went from being a very cold or very hot room to being one of the most comfortable rooms in the house.
