Disappointed. We have used DIxon previously and have recommended them to other family members to use.  This was our last time using Dixon.  Too much hassle and aggravation didn't make it worth the price difference.

There is no quality control or walk through of any supervisor prior to them showing up to collect a check.  A crew (non English speaking) shows up, can't communicate, rework is necessary because wrong deck color was purchased, walls were not painted correct color, areas in closet and bathroom were not painted at all and ALOT of oversplash of white paint on the red brick exterior, driveway, etc.  Crew initially was not respectful of the house (trash, drink containers, bathroom usage) or other workers in the house.

I feel they only corrected items at my fathers house because we had also contracted with them to do our exterior paint refresh as well.  Same issues and this time an argument from the Quality Manager about all the white paint on our red brick exterior.  He stated that it was the previous painters and essentially called me a liar.  Only the trim, eves, doors, window surrounds, etc. were to be painted.  Repairs were done shoddy and we requested they redo with the materials that were quoted, screens were not put back on the correct windows, windows are painted shut, shrubs were broken and damaged, etc.

This used to be a great company and service provider.  They've painted two other houses and a barn of ours over the last 15 years all were great, but something is really lacking in their service approach at this point.  Again, disappointing.

"Impact Siding and Roofing were hired to repair Sheetrock, replace rotted exterior wood, pressure wash, and paint the pool house in our HOA community. Their pricing was so great, the owner David was extremely honest, and worked out a deal to also repair our counter tops that were falling in the restrooms, replace broken shutters, and even paint a portion of our fence. Impact Siding and Roofing went above and beyond to check in with us through each phase to make sure we were pleased, and it met our expectations. Not only were the repairs were professionally and excellently done but the customer service gave board members peace of mind to trust a company with integrity. Thank you Impact Siding and Roofing! Your company left a permanent impact on our community, and now a trusted vendor for our community."

"I have used Home Advisor for several projects lately and have been satisfied with the work from other pros. Gerard Kaizer was by far the best I have come across. He gave me expert advice and knew right away that my 20 year old siding was not done correctly on one side of the house. He scheduled the repair, showed up on time and did extra repairs without charging me extra. The siding finally looks straight and is very secure now after all these years. My wife and I are so happy with the work he did. Cleaned up after the job and I could not be happier with their work. He is busy but if you can get him to do your project Do It!. He really knows Quality work."

"Very happy with the job done by Jon and his crew. Job was done professionally and completed on time and even faster than promised. We're very happy with the look and color of our new siding. It makes us look like a brand new house!"

"Step 1 for my project was replacing the original soffits, trim and gutters. My house is much better now that those things have been replaced. Step 2 will be having them replace my original siding. I like their products and ability to communicate through the multi step process."

"Awesome work. They did exactly what we agreed on. High quality work using high quality materials. On time, courteous, professional, no games or problems. This was a big job - I had a lot of rotted trim and siding to replace, and they did it all very well. I'm really glad I went with ProPerformance Painting."

"We have hired Perfection Roofing and Siding multiple times, including having them replace all of the siding on our home. "Perfection" being in the name is very well deserved. Even other contractors have commented on how good the siding looks. No one else will touch my siding or paint my house, full stop. Russ is a gem of a human being. He's responsive, fair, and even managed to introduce us to the adoption agency we got our dog from. His warranty is gold. If you raise a question or concern, he's going to make it right even years after the works is complete. Hire Perfection Roofing and Siding."
