"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

They’re charging you for the call, labor and materials per job, but they add more than the parts cost or others would charge. Lesson learned here, if you do hire make sure you get a written estimate with a detailed item and price list. It cost me 285.00 to replace an outdoor spigot...a bit on the high side but the service tech was great!"
