"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "From drab to fabulous! Eco home Builders did a fantastic job on my main bathroom remodel. I'm a Real Estate Broker and have gone through countless remodels and contractors over the past two decades. Eden did a wonderful job managing the project. Always communicating and being available through the whole project was a huge plus. The contractors did an outstanding job and really paid attention to detail. A lot of large tile pieces went into this project, and I was in very impressed with their skill. We were also impressed with their cabinet maker who did a great job basically building a beautiful piece of art. The project basically went off without a flaw on time and on budget. "My relative has been living in the same condo for over 50 years and finally agreed to have the junk acquired hauled away. During this process mold was found in a bedroom and kitchen wall. Al, the owner/manager, had given me a reasonable estimate in the beginning, and after finding the mold, another reasonable estimate was given. All work done was professional and on time. One full bath had a new floor installed and a new toilet installed. One bedroom wall needed new baseboard, installation, and painting. that bedroom needed new carpet installed. One kitchen wall was sanded and painted. Whole condo was deep cleaned. All work was excellent."

"TNT Design and Build were almost 4 contractors that I had met with to remodel my Serra Mesa home. I referred them to now, four of my family members, and they are all very pleased with the work that was completed. We did a fairly large remodel which included an addition of 620 ft, a kitchen remodels and 2.5 bathroom remodels. They also did all the flooring in the house as well as painting throughout. They just completed a project which they estimate it would take three months and just under 2 1/2 months from start to finish. The quality of work is absolutely stunning and I cannot wait to bring them by to remodel our guest bedroom. "From start to finish a very professional operation. They came out and made measurements and then provided a detailed contract of work to be done. Very good communication of when payments were due and for what. I specifically wanted engineered hardwood made in America and when I selected the product , they ordered it from South Carolina which took about a week. They moved furniture and removed the carpet and tested the slab for moisture. Gavin recommended an additional sealant be applied which took a day to dry. The next day they installed the new floor, moved several large pieces of furniture back for me, and cleaned up. The new floor looks wonderful!"
