"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "On Day 1 after tearing off 70% of the roof, clouds started to move in, the crew quickly made a haphazard attempt to cover the exposed roof. After doing so, I spoke to the crew leader to assess their plan. They were moving on to another job. I asked why they couldn't wait for 10 minutes for the shower to subside and showed them a radar forecast that called for no rain in the area until 10 PM to no avail. They left the premises a mess. Loose shingles on the roof, nailed scattered everywhere and the tarp on the roof was flapping in the wind and those loose shingles were flying in the wind. I called the American Quality to inform them of the situation. A couple of hours later I called again to inquire about the status. They finally sent the original crew back at approximately 5 PM. They quickly cleaned up. I asked them to secure the tarp on the roof then they left. Later that night, the roof was leaking into the house. Although American Quality sent someone to assess and rectify the situation, it was too little too late. I personally had to place a tarp in the attic to limit the potential damage. After the roof replacement was completed, I had to call in again because of their lack of attention to the little details."
