"Joe Lombardo/ NML Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. His price was better than the other 3 companies that quoted the project but most importantly, he and his crew did a high quality job! I liked the fact that Joe, the owner of the company, personally quoted the project and then was on site when his crew performed the work. There was no miscommunication or forgotten contractual items. The crew worked incredibly hard and had the old roof torn off and re-shingled in one long day. They also did a very thorough cleanup when done. I don't think I found one nail on the ground anywhere in the weeks following their work. Joe was super easy to deal with and delivered on every promise made. Here is an example of the kind of guy Joe is: While doing a final walkdown I noticed a downspout elbow between my first and second floor roof was missing. Joe's crew searched for it but could not find it. Joe committed to replacing it. Now, I assumed that would not actually happen and it's like a $3 item at Lowes so I just replaced it myself the next day. Sure enough, a day or two later Joe called to tell me he was ready to send his crew over to replace the elbow that evening. That just confirmed for me that I made the right choice by having NML do my roof replacement."

"In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. "Initial contact was a person walking down the street and mentioning my aging roof and setting up an appointment. Initially, I had concerns given this method of customer procurement. But I researched and put my mind at ease regarding the organizationâ s authenticity. This organization was HIGHLY professional. SALES: no high pressure, informative, personable and frank about what was needed, supported everything with pictures; I felt educated about roofing. CUSTOMER SERVICE: regular updates (phone calls) about when the work would begin in this very rainy summer. We were told the approximate time frame when work would begin and they were on target. INSTALL: shingles delivery was communicated and materials placed so we could still use driveway. Day of installation, crew arrived on time, began work and worked tirelessly for approximately 10 hours replacing plywood and shingles (itâ s a big roof). Seeing the bad plywood that was taken down verified all we were told by the salesperson. The on site evaluation of a â dipâ in roof did not result in a sales pitch, but rather an honest and frank discussion of options and there was no upcharge. CLEANUP: the women who hauled loads of shingles and plywood to the wheeled dumpster worked tirelessly removing debris. Then, before departing, our lawn was gone over several times with the magnetic nail picker upper. Later my neighbor, who had the best view of work done commented on the professionalism, approach and process of the system of removal, installation and cleanup of Home Evolution and was impressed at the cost of all we had done. RESULTS: our roof is aesthetically pleasing and, given all the rain we have experienced, is meeting all expectations. "Paul and his brothers worked tirelessly in high heat conditions, perfectly timing both the installation and initial waterproofing to the variable weather conditions... These guys gave it 110% EVERY day on the job and were available literally 24/7 for any questions, giving detailed answers based on their extensive experience. Despite the huge job of stripping off BOTH an improperly installed metal roof placed OVER my homes' older shingle roof because the initial local contractor I hired was simply too lazy to do it, Paul and his crew tackled the job with enthusiasm and got it done in short order - the clean up was then thoughtfully accomplished EACH day after long hours of work as if it was THEIR OWN HOME - True PROFESSIONALS I would personally recommend without the slightest hesitation to ANYONE that needs ANY KIND of a new roof and wants it done CORRECTLY! Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural.
