"From start to finish, Aiden and his team were communicative, clear, and thorough. They repaired our wooden fence, installed a double and single gate, and seeded the yard. We were very pleased with the work they did. Aiden was always very responsive to texts and calls, and was very sure to make sure all of our needs were met. When asked about the various jobs, he was very sure to talk through the whole project to make sure that all parties were on the same page. I would certainly recommend Aiden and his crew, and would re-hire them ourselves for any future work. He also threw in cleaning our gutters at no charge."

"We had tornado damage and the roof was fixed within 2 days! Also, the initial inspection was very thorough, down to each nail that was loose, and mortar between bricks on the chimney. We had shingles replaced on our roof on the primary residence and an outbuilding, and both jobs were professional and high quality. My husband said he couldn't even see where work was done!"

"Super prompt in getting to my home site the day after a big storm caused my gutters to fall off the north side of my two story historic home during a later winter ice event. They secured the property quickly - so grateful! We took some time getting quotes in place due to the home in the process of selling and very busy outdoor roofing season happening after a hard winter and rough spring weather too. They got to the job and recently completed most of it. The rest(painting) will finish post closing with new buyers. Over-all, I would say they are very professional, efficient and stay on budget. Good work as well. I would recommend them highly."

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in Alto, MI

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
