"I?m sharing my experience with Dave?s Fence in DeLand after seeing comments that they don?t care about customers after installation. That has not been my experience at all. After strong winds damaged my fence, I reached out and sent photos. The repair needed more than a simple adjustment, and they could have easily pushed for a much more expensive fix or even a partial reinstall. Instead, they were honest, responsive, and fair. They only charged a small service fee and are taking the time to properly repair everything so the fence is fully restored?not just patched. That level of integrity and follow-through says a lot. From my experience, Dave?s Fence stands behind their work and truly values their customers even after the job is done. I would absolutely recommend them. "

"They did a good job, I will say though, just my personal opinion, I had some minor issues. When the crew showed up for the install they were not in any company vehicles or uniforms of any kind that represented the company that has been in business for 33 years. I cannot lie, that made me nervous, it made me think they hired a third party company to do the install for our fence. The only other thing I would say, is when they were digging the holes for the posts they were just dumping the dirt onto my sod, I am not an expert on fence installation, but you would think they would have a wheel barrel or something to dispose of the dirt. I have a new construction so all the dirt that was left on my new sod was a issue, but I personally took care of it."

"We were initially very impressed with Paul and looked forward to possibly doing business with him.  He didn't carry through with getting us the estimate or the materials necessary to submit for approval to our HOA.  After several phone calls and failed attempts to obtain this information, we contacted another fencing company who has now completed the project for us. <br />"

"Great! Very professional and friendly. Arrived on time as scheduled. Jim and the tech support team are wonderful to work with as well as being very knowledgeable. We use this company as well for our monitoring and have been very pleased. They provide off site system checking which I am able to see on my phone app. Plus, I love the phone app, it works great!"

"Apparently, Fence Outlet uses subcontractors to install the fence. The subcontractor had an old truck and trailer cart and a second man that was his helper. The subcontractor and helper were FANTASTIC. They had to pick up the new fence, tear out the old fence, put up the new fence with new posts and encountered problems with tree or plant roots, cement or stone in the ground that they had to dig out or go around. These men worked about 14-16 hours in horrible heat. They left with my old fence and had to dispose of it. For all the work they did, they deserved a big payday but I'm sure they were paid little. I paid $6,000 for the job and they probably received a tenth. These men did not quit until they got everything perfect. It has been about 2 years since this fence was put in and it is a beautiful, healthy fence and gate."

"I was referred to Phil by another garage door company who was not sure what part to get for my door. Several garage door companies told me I had to replace the door but only the bottom was messed up. Phil answered right away, knew about Stanley doors and how they went out of business, came by within a few days with a part, did the job quickly with his son and we talked about being locals. A very nice honest decent man for a very reasonable price. Really nice guy and would do business with him again for sure"

"I did my research and was quite confident this was the company I wanted to go with before even requesting a quote. Kip (owner) has written a lot of great posts on their site about what makes a great fence here in Florida and I recommend checking that out as you will understand just how knowledgeable he is. After scheduling the quote, I was stoked when Kip (owner) came out as he was training a newer employee. They were here for 1.5 hours and explained everything and showed me pictures of different fence designs until I found the one that I wanted. There was a spot where I had to step down from 6ft to 4ft, and Kip provided his recommendation based on location and a style that would best fit the contours of my house. And the end result shows that he was absolutely right! It’s these little details that make a huge difference when you are making a significant investment and rely on the company’s expertise to ensure it is going to look great. I had a partial fence install several years ago and this did not happen – there was no communication and it served its purpose, but I was never happy with how it looked (or the location they decided to place it). They went with what was easiest, not what would make the client happy and look best. It took a while to schedule the old fence removal, and new fence install, but the weather has been crazy here and Kip told me upfront that this could potentially add a delay. I was totally fine with this so I was prepared to be patient. And the communication was great at this point. I did reach out once for an update via email and received an immediate response. I feel this is very important – I’m good with waiting, as long as I’m able to get an update in a timely manner, and to me, this shows a great business with great employees. The fence removal was done in 1 day, and it took about 4 days to complete the full fence install and I couldn't be happier. I have had so many neighbors comment on how great it looks which is always nice to hear. I replaced a large portion of old fencing, but the portion the neighbors can see is brand new and you always worry they will not like a fence extending up the side of the house near the road -- but, it looks so good, no chance anyone was going to complain ?. I'm sure there are other companies that can offer a cheaper price, but you get what you pay for. This is a solid fence that was built perfectly, and the person on-site was in constant communication and conferred with me on all decisions made based on my yard and what would work best. Again, check their site, but the installation of the posts uses a tar/wrap that is similar to how they install telephone poles so you know that it is going to last a long time. The previous fence posts were done with concrete and it was embarrassing how easily the fence could be pulled down. I plan to live in this house for a long time, but even if I do sell, I know this beautiful fence is only going to help the resale value."

"Outstanding fence installation yesterday. Truly "superior" quality materials and installation by "Superior Fence & Rail". Installation team worked through challenges of a heavy rainstorm, and completed the job this morning with the two gates, rail fastenings, post caps and full wipe down. Had 174 feet of fence, six-foot high, six-foot sections, and two gates installed."

"Aaron got right back with me after my first call. He came out very quickly and we talked about the repairs. He went to great lengths to figure out economical solutions to my problem with the fencing. For instance, with respect to where the tree branch dented the top rail of the fence, rather than try to sell me total replacement in that area, he came up with a solution to straighten the existing top rail. Also with respect to my driveway gates, rather than totally create new ones, he suggested keeping the frames and adding new chain link and adjusting the gates so they would hang properly. <br /> He set up the date very quickly after submitting his estimate. He and one helper came and worked hard in the heat to get the job done perfectly. He even spray painted the frames of my driveway gates so they would match the new chain link. <br /> They cleaned up after themselves and took all the old material away with them. <br /> They did a super job and I won't hesitate to call them again if and when I need any fencing. I really appreciated his candid approach in coming up with solutions that were economical. He didn't try to up sell me anything. <br />"
