They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. "Husband tried a do it yourself bathroom faucet replacement. Turned off the valve under sink, but the pipe burst at the wall sending gallons of water per minute into the bathroom on a Saturday morning. Luckily, we had the tool to turn off the water main at the street to stop the flow before there was too much flooding, but needed a weekend plumber. Contacted Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing service. He was at a family function with his children, but was at our house within an hour to fix the pipe. Not sure what his regular rates are, but understood the $180 fee for a relatively easy, quick job being that it was not during regular business hours. Thanks Chris! "I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."
