Communication was good, showed up on time, work looked good etc. (Job was to install vinyl siding and vinyl shake shingles) After crew left I started finding nails and waste in yard. Still not a big deal. 6 months after the vinyl was installed, I started to see bulging in the siding, almost looked like the vinyl was expanding under heat. Called and left a message with QB&R to advise them of the bulging and asked if they would take a look to see if anything could be done. This time I called three contractors to price the job, including QB&R. Two of the contractors thought it had been installed incorrectly. QB&R suggested they were busy, but would take a look and get back to me. That was ~ 6 weeks ago and I've yet to hear from them. "
