"Crooks and Fraudsters! These guys came out to clean out a supply line valve to our toilet that was filling slowly. No parts needed. I could have done it in 30 minutes but was out of town. They charged $500 for this easy job and laughed about it saying "Well it's under a thousand." Asked for estimate - got none. Called half way thru asking status - nothing. Finally talked to them and they said it took 3 hours and laughed at what they were charging but wouldn't tell me on th phone. BS! They sent a text bill with no detail. Said they took off the $125 service charge. I will NEVER pay them the full amount. SUE ME! NEVER HIRE THESE CROOKS! They call from many different phones and leave messages to call other phones."

"I was planning to rent a shop and looked for a plumber online. He replied very quickly, which reassured me. I scheduled an appointment for him to come to the shop to inspect the pipes, including the hot water system. He was very thorough and answered many of my questions.
