"Since I had work done at my own home by them, I hired Lifeway Construction to work on my daughter’s house to repair soffit and fascia and repair some gaps by garage trim where the foundation had created some issues, Rather than worst case what I thought might have to be torn out and replaced, they were able to fill and caulk around that garage trim. They are honest and punctual, always give an estimate before work begins and they worked with us on our crazy schedule. They are meticulous and they ask before they do something that we may not have even noticed, but is for sure an improvement. A light fixture in the soffit of this house was in the way of the storm door opening outward, and they were able to move that over when they were already going to replace the soffit. I was so excited about that. It looks amazing. Added trim where fireplace Chimney meets the soffit, for continuity. 5 Stars my friends! "

Promises were not kept and it ended up taking almost a week longer than intended. Precautions were not taken to protect property from unexpected rain. Happened to be that the builder, had not installed flashing correctly, and that was fixed. Since then, we have utilized William for my in laws in Cleburne. Their roof kept on getting wind damage, and William was able to properly diagnose the issue (Cheap roof) and install a new roof. He was able to do so, thousands less than the competition, and still guarantees his work. Will NOT use another roofing company."
