"Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with several contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. Johnny Flores has a great company and a solid team working for him. New Image Remodeling came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They arrived early every day and were finished by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. They re-tiled the bathroom shower, repainted the bathroom, and replaced the baseboard. They also replaced the bathroom fan. I honestly kept waiting for the other shoe to fall, but it never did. Day in and day out, they exceeded our expectations. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!"

"The team Ruben did a great job of installing laminate flooring planks on the stairs, second story level, and in the bathroom. They also installed the bathroom vanity, hardware, lights, and mirror, and painted them. Reasonable, on time, listened to what you wanted. Great job; I highly recommend it."

"After visiting with many companies, we found Albert at Floors Galore by Halfon. He was very knowledgeable and had very affordable pricing for the remodeling we wanted to do. They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards. They remodeled two bathrooms completely, installing new vanities, granite countertops, and tiled our floors and showers. The crews were FANTASTIC. We will be visiting him again for the rest of our remodel in the future."

The only issue I had was that the Proj Mgr and Proj Coordinator apprently left the company in the middle of my job, which I was not informed of., and which caused some project delay. "<p>I was very pleased with my whole experience with Carpet Giant, Robert was very helpful, professional, and consultative during our selection process.  He followed up, met us at the store, and even called during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly.  </p> <p>Johnny & Jesus did an excellent job.  They worked non-stop and cleaned up their work spaces as they went.  I pointed out a couple of things to Johnny (tile edge was showing at master bathroom entrance & a black carpet fiber had been woven into our lot of beige carpet) and he immediately took care of them to my satisfaction. They placed the furniture back after they had worked a solid 7 hours.  I will ask for them again, as we are now contemplating carpeting our back bedrooms and re-tiling the entrance and fireplace.  </p> <p>This was my first experience utilizing Angie's list and the comments made by prior customers and the responses from Carpet Giant to rectify any issues was a big deciding factor.</p> <p>After Robert came out, I did stop into a couple of other places (Home Depot & Roberts Carpet) and found out that the additional pricing for the nicer pad, moving furniture, hauling the carpet away, installation, made the final cost prohibitive compared to Carpet Giant.  </p> <p>Thanks again for the excellent work!  </p> <br />"
