"Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with several contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. Johnny Flores has a great company and a solid team working for him. New Image Remodeling came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They arrived early every day and were finished by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. They re-tiled the bathroom shower, repainted the bathroom, and replaced the baseboard. They also replaced the bathroom fan. I honestly kept waiting for the other shoe to fall, but it never did. Day in and day out, they exceeded our expectations. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!"

We started discussing plans with Saad in August The planning process was very organized and detailed and our questions were answered promptly. Saad was able to fit us into their schedule since we wanted to start as soon as possible. We started construction in late September and completed renovation in mid-October which was shorter than we initially planned, we are very happy with our bathroom. Everyone on the team is professional and holds themselves to a high standard Kinda, the designer, was amazing to work with. She was so quick to understand our style and was an immense help in sourcing all the pieces. Tamer and Rawan the project managers were always attentive. Towards the end of the project, he noticed our water pressure was low, and though it was unrelated to the renovation, took initiative to help us determine the source of the issue and fix it. Jose, the foreman as well as all the other craftsmen on the project did produced quality work. I appreciated the WhatsApp channel they had setup for us, and the weekly schedule that was shared the Friday before each week. It made communication very easy. "Building during covid and hurricane threats are experiences in themselves. Isaac from ISC Construction was only a phone call away at any time. Building comes with a lot of ins and outs and we always found reasonable back up plans during the problematic times. Mostly due to hurricane building requirements. Make sure you get your pricing locked down and expect the 15-20% extra costs at the end for building as we did. One thing I wished he had would be a building supervisor. The property was far enough to be an issue when certain contractors were there. Maybe he’ll hire me !! A big plus is that he is bilingual and can communicate with the workers. This helped tremendously. The build itself is amazing. We love our house. He helped us find the lot and build! He always says he’s a one-man shop! Ha!"
