"Marcio is a fantastic guy to work with with on any project he has done for me. I can easily get in touch with him, and he responds to my requests promptly. He always makes sure the job is done to my satisfaction, and I am always impressed with his attention to detail. Marcio repaired my crown moulding from a previous roof leak, he scaped all of the old bubbled paint off, sanded, nailed back into place, caulked, and finish painted. I was so happy with the results. He has also done great exterior work as well. Overall, I will always call Marcio when I need something done in his area of expertise. He is a good and trustworthy man."

"I was very satisfied with the work that they did. They sent me an invoice for $69 that they said I owed them. I never heard back from Angie's List to clear that up. I paid Angie's List but Green Seasons sent me a bill. Green Seasons said that I'd never paid for the services. I told them I had paid it through Angie's List. They were here on time, actually a little before time. When the bugs did come in, they were dying onsite. I purchased the big deal on a Thursday or Friday and they came out the next Monday, which was the next available time that I had. I thought the price was reasonable. They were very professional."

"First of all let me say I was fearful of dealing with contractors being a women, but Royal Renovations was wonderful.  I am so pleased with the entire job.  These guys were courteous, on time and did the job like they were remodeling their own home.
David May's first quote for us was well above our budget for this project but that did not deter him.  He worked with us until we had the right package that fit our budget and gave us 2 beautiful bathrooms that we are so proud of.  
The crew, Chad and Wayne, were absolutely wonderful.  They laid out drapes to cover the floor in our house from the project area all the way to the front door.  We never had a mess in our house.  We were especially thankful that throughout the entire project we always had 1 fully functional bathroom.  These guys even watched out for our 2 house cats so that did not get out or caught up in the work area.  They waited until all the materials were in before starting and because of that were able to complete both bathrooms in just 7 work days. 
I work in Customer Service and we pride ourselves on exceeding customer expectations.  I'm very happy to say that Royal Renovations definitely exceeded mine.  I would definitely use Royal Renovations again in the future and highly recommend them for any project you might have.

"Kerrin is a delight to work with!  Her design for my landscaping and driveway were spot on with what I had in mind for my house.  She really listened to what I wanted and what I had in the budget to  spend on this.  She installed a driveway and sidewalk with pavers and stone, as well as columns at the foot of my driveway with lights on them.  She installed lighting along my driveway and in the gardens in the front and back yards. There is so much work that they did, I can't list it all.
I had huge overgrown azaleas along the front of my house.  Her crew transplanted them in my backyard as a screen and along my property line.  The new gardens along the front of my house look great!  They really complement the style of my house and yard.
 Her crew worked tirelessly to get the job done. The work was performed in a professional manner and without cutting corners.  Everything looks so nice and I am really happy with the final product! 
I will definitely use her again in the future!  I could go on and on about how pleased I am with the final outcome!!
