"Matt from MJB Drywall performed a drywall repair/patch/tape/texture at my home in Orangevale, CA today. From initial contact through the end of the repair, Matt demonstrated high integrity, punctuality, quick responsiveness, and stellar communication. "Great company and good service. Charlie from landmark construction came over to check and see the work that I wanted to do and after our first meeting, he came back and provided me with several options of color combinations for the paint. In additional to that, Charlie repaired some cracks that the walls had and he included that in the estimate as well. The work was performed by his workers and they did a great job! The tankless system that he installed for me came out as the best part of the work because it provided me with hot water while saving the gas when I'm not using it. During the work, I noticed that Charlie is pretty honest man and his estimate was pretty much very good.

"We loved working with Repair and Remodel Experts. They were
professional, polite, accommodating and stayed on task. They met our
deadline and the work they did was fantastic. Being a church, we
appreciated their work ethic and the demeanor of their crew. We didn't
have to worry that we would have visitors who might hear inappropriate
behavior or language coming from the construction area (which was right
next to our current office space.

"It was great. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The worker did a great job and was able to fix the screens to my satisfaction. He did not even know about the screens but was still able to do it for me."

"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"

"

Went well. Was punctual, neat, left things in good repair. While it wasn't a large room or many, we were very satisfied with the work done.
