"This person is the operator of Appliance Dr. Lancaster, OH. We paid him $100.00 cash for the service call. He stated he would order the part for the burner on the stove. He called stating he would be there between 12 &3 on Monday. He called at 9pm stating he just got home and he would come Tues. at 12 noon. It is now 5pm and there has been no word from him. I am glad that I did Not pay him for the entire job. He doesn't is very irresponsible, and I would NOT hire him for anything. I will just purchase a new range istead of getting this one fixed."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"These people have a screwed up billing process where they bill you multiple times for a single service. Then they send you to collections. They admit they were paid, but refuse to change their records. They ignore you and mess up your credit. Report them to attorney general so they see the trend with this people. I can't be the only one. Go to another appliance service that has their act together. Run away from economic Appliance service."

Deven came over to look over our current system, talk with me about what we wanted, get a sample of water for testing, etc. once he had those results he made recommendations for a water softening system for our house. He promptly sent an estimate for the softener system, heat pump/hybrid water heater, and a more robust sump pump that we had before. I thought it would take a couple of weeks to get them out to install everything but they came out the next week. The install crew was great. Very knowledgeable, worked hard and got it all installed in one day. The iron filter leaked during testing so they had to get another one that they installed the following Monday morning. I appreciate that they were straightforward about the need to swap out an iron filter that was just not working the way it was suppose to. All in all it was a pleasure from start to finish and I would hire them again."
