The crew were a well organized polite and respectful, not only to us but our property. They took the time to give us tips to keep it in we’ll repair. A side gate needed lifted and they did it without asking and filled a hole with the dirt they had on hand. All at no extra charge to us. I would definitely recommend them again and can’t say enough good things not only about their work and professionalism. In fact, we are having them come back and do another job!!"

"I contacted PaveOH online. Their sales person contacted me shortly after. They had an availability in the next couple of days. I have a very long driveway. Approximately 9700 sq ft. About 600’ long with a turn around and parking. The day of the work went fairly well. I had to ask them to correct spots that were wavy edges or not complete. They didn’t finish until about 10:00 PM. It was dark and I couldn’t really see all of the areas and they ran out of asphalt. They assured me that they would fix any problems. It was very hard to get hold of them. I don’t believe they ever answered their phone. They asked me to send pictures of the problem areas. I did. They came out one day with no prior notification and fixed one small area, but not the rest. I left my phone number numerous times. Weeks later I got a text saying they would be there in 15 minutes. I met the crew and they fixed most of the areas that were a problem. I was told on the phone that it weakened the pavement to have to use the blow torch on it. My Question is… why not do it right the first time? Why make the homeowner be the manager on the job? Where is your quality control? Some of the workers joked about how one of the edge guys wasn’t very good. If they knew this why did they not train him to do it right? I felt that the company culture was, We’ll do a pretty good job and if you bug us enough we’ll fix them. They could be very good at what they do easily, but they don’t."

"It was beyond our financial means at the time. They were good. They were professional. They came out within a day or two. It was a bad time of the year for paving contractors. They came out and gave us an estimate. I don't know if they follow up with us, or we followed up with them. We just know that it was too much money. We probably should have went with them, with the results of the other paving contractor. It was the highest estimate that we got, and I know they would have done an professional job. A lot better than the one we got. We just couldn't' afford to go that high. They were very professional about it. They did exactly what they should have done. They wrote it all out.. Gave us an written estimate. It was very professional. The guy that came out was real polite. In that regards, they did their job. I don't know if there was any response. I was only here when they gave the estimate. He was out within a day or two. Its a bad time of the year for paving contractor. They can only pave when its not raining. He came out on an weekend, so that was a plus. If we have to get this driveway job redone, and this guy won't come out and fix it, which we are having issue with. We might call them back for another estimate, and it would depend on their estimate. They have been around for years. We should have went with them. You should have seen the crap job we got. We were just shell shocked at the cost. That was just too much money.. You talking about ten grand for a black top driveway. I realize time, and we know that this guy had his own equipment, and wasn't renting his equipment. Asphalt is pricey, but its like two dollars a square foot. It was maybe fifty percent and materials, and other was clear profit. It just was too much. His estimate came in thirteen hundred more than our next highest. It was based out of price. A guy could top it, and we didn't feel it needed to be torn out, and regraded. We are just waiting on this guy, who has not shown up."

"I contacted Rhinokote early in the 2014 season to schedule an asphalt repair for the end of my driveway, along with crack sealing, and seal coating. 
They provided a very thorough estimate very quickly, and I elected to move forward.  Due to a part failure during start-up for the season, it was several weeks before Rhinokote could perform the asphalt repair.  During that time, I received numerous calls and email messages from Rhinkote, including a call from the CEO, keeping me abreast of the status and estimate of when the work could be scheduled.
Their equipment was repaired in early May, and my work completed in late May.  Both the repair and the sealing work are outstanding.  The sealing job is easily the best I have had on this driveway.  My neighbor across the street was so impressed by the work on my driveway that they scheduled a seal coat of their driveway for the very next day.

"Very well organized company. The estimate was detailed and clear. Scheduling was flexible. Price was fair. The paving crew worked efficiently and was well equipped. They analyzed and made slight adjustments as they worked. The crew had to dig out asphalt from a previous crappy paving company. They set and compacted a solid stone base. Paved the driveway, cleaned the yard and street, and loaded the trucks. All done in 2 1/2 hours. Hire them. Donâ t deal with the amateurs!"
