"It went very well. Everyone that I worked with was very patient in answering my questions. The installation was just as explained to me. The trainer was very nice to our dog. We did have a storm with lightening that was hitting over our house the day after installation. I think that is why our fence was not working. It was quickly remedied by a repair at no charge. My only concerns are that when we tried to do follow up training, our dog just wanted to bite the leash. When we gave up on the leash and let him go, he seemed to go through the fence with no reaction. The collar was set on 4 of 10. We have since bumped it up to 6, but he has still gone through. We will continue to work with him. Since he is not yet 6 months old, we don't want him loose until he gets neutered. I would use Lance's Fencing again."

"Overall, the experience with the handoff from Jesse to Brian was smooth, and Brian and Steve (who tore down my old fence, rebuilt with 6' cedar shadowbox and added 2 gates on each side of the house) did a great job. They were prompt on arrival each time they said they would show up. The spent approx 5 hours tearing out the old section of fence and rebuilding. Upon completion, they hauled away all the debris and Brian offered to haul away a large pile of yard waste and brush we had built up in our early spring clean up. "We purchased a Big Deal, $279 for 8 Hours of Lawn or Landscape Work. The work was scheduled through Angie's List. When the day arrived, the weather was bad, and they called us before the scheduled arrival time to reschedule, and worked with us to find a suitable alternate date only a few days out.
Angel and his employee arrived right on time. They did nearly twice as much work as we had expected them to be able to complete. First, they installed two sets of flagstones, ensuring that all the stones were secure, level, and properly spaced. They never rushed the work, but they worked so steadily and efficiently that they were able to complete both paths, and then we were able to have them also bury a 150' length of air hose for us--a job we really wanted done but didn't really expect them to have time to complete.
Both men were very professional, and left the work site clean and looking great. We'd hire the company again in a heartbeat.

"Excellent.  JC3 is a small company.  Jerry, the owner, gave us several alternatives to replace an existing fence and we settled on cedar dog-ear pickets.  Total job time was about 4 hours, 2 hours in the evening to remove and set new posts and 2 hours the next morning to install the stringers and pickets.  I was impressed with the professionalism, speed of the work and price paid.
