"Overall Dan did a great job installing our ceramic tile floor, but the project took a little longer than expected. Looking back, the only thing I would ask him to do differently is perhaps communicate a little better. The grout width and type should determined before the start of the project to avoid confusion. I had purchased the grout he had specified in his email, and was later told I needed a different kind for some reason. My bathroom floor looks awesome though!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
