The rebuild project was done in stages and from sketches on paper to finishing touches Tyler was incredible. His communication skills and patience was appreciated as this multi-project endeavor was also a huge learning expierence for my wife and I. Determined the best method where to pour the concrete to connect to the present setting. Made sure that I understood and agreed with the suggestions. Introduced his crew when they arrived to prepare the project. Scheduled a day for the concrete to arrive and be poured. Did a beautiful job finishing the project. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day.
