However, they called my husband and kept him up to date on the schedule. We were lucky enough to have a few good days and the crew showed up on time and completed the work over the next few days. Very professional, nice and respectful. The project (two walkways and a fire pit) came out perfect! They completed the job and cleaned up everything--it was like they weren't even here. "The provider showed up on time and prepared.  There were some issues with the internal wiring of my house (1930s construction) that complicated installation.  He informed me of my two options -- one was to have the fan installed, but it could not be controlled by the wall switch, or the other was to rewire the wall switch and the wiring to the fan to allow the fan to be controlled by the wall switch -- at a substantial cost.  I liked that he was honest with my about my options rather than merely stating it would cost me extra to install the fan, given the age/condition of the wiring.
