"The valley on my roof was funneling all the water towards a gutter that was too short.  Lance roofing came in, replaced and added the shingles that needed to be replaced and installed a diverter.  Now all the water runs to the gutter like it is supposed to.

"They came out and did the worker efficiently and during the tkmefrsme that they noted. I thinknthat they could have ran the metal nail finder again to ensure that the ghost (lost) nails were gathered up. I am still finding nails but not a whole lot just enough to be a nuisance. I think that they should check with the customer one more time about the color picked for the roof to ensure that the right color is sent. I was not there and just assumed that it was the color that I requested. I like what is there but would have preferred to have what I picked. I would use this company again because they were on time, completed the work, and cleaned up behind themselves. I was impressed with the work that was done. If there was a problem they informed me about it and came back to complete it. Shout out to Weather Tech for their roofing job."

"This repair was not easy to diagnose but Shawn who was sent out did not give up found the problem and fixed it. The leak was several years after the roof was installed and the leak was small. Turns out the water was leaking between the shingle and the plywood so not visible from the attic . Great company and response to my problem . Thank you tony and Shawn."

"We delt with a leak in our roof this spring. American Home Tech helped us every step of the way from filing an insurance claim, to a new roof and gutters, to interior drywall and ceiling repair. Tamara was especially helpful with billing and coordinating with insurance. Tom M. did a fantastic job with the interior repairs - you wouldn't know it had ever been damaged. They are a great team and we would highly recommend their working, inside and out."
