"I contracted with Plumb Tite to fix\replace my current basement sump pump system and also take care of a leak from my 1st floor shower drain. They sent out a representative (Sara) who did a thural job of assessing the situation and offered me a few options to best suit my requirements. I selected the most complete option. For the Sump system, I elected to have a battery backup with 2 pumps installed. I also needed to have the Sump discharge re-piped and checked, making sure it was working without any obstructions. Dustin and Brandon arrived at my residence at the arranged time and commenced working on the project. They kept me apprised of the progress throughout the morning. They both were very professional and respective of the current social distancing practices that are in place because of COVID 19. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and all debris were cleaned up nicely. Dustin and Brandon debriefed me on all the work done, explained the operation of the new sump system and proved the associated manuals. Brandon also made it a point to let me know the details of the warranted work and materials. I was happily surprised that the coverage was so great and really feel that Plumb Tite is serious about doing great work at a reasonable cost. Lastly I was contacted a day after the work by Betty, who wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was completed. "We've got an early 80's Zicka 4 BR house. Turns out the foundation drainage wasn't done properly when the house was built...our sump pump only drained ~1/4 of the basement because water doesn't flow uphill. Everdry jack-hammered the inside perimeter of the basement, replaced the drain system, installed a Cadillac-grade sump pump, trenched around the outside of the foundation, installed plastic sheeting & french drains. I've never seen a crew work like them. Wasn't cheap, but the job definitely wasn't easy. I hope Ian the crewleader runs for president."

"The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."

"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best.
