It is refreshing that there are still people who strive for excellence and customer service. Chad, the lead technician, took the time to fully evaluate our current heater to determine if it needed to be replaced. He explained why and showed us where the issues were and what would happen if it wasn't replaced. He laid out the various options and told us the pros and cons. Eventually we landed on a tankless system. They returned promptly and completed the project in less time than originally quoted. There were no surprises and everything works perfectly. A few days after installation, a customer service representative, Betty, called to make sure there were no issues and that we were absolutely satisfied. Well Betty, we most certainly are and thank you for following up. We have been using another plumbing company, but we will now use Plumb Tite exclusively. Bravo Plumb Tite."
