"Genco Flooring did an AMAZING JOB!!! From start to finish, always punctual, clean work, and very happy overall with the bathroom transformation. I would and will be hiring Genco flooring in the future. Highly recommend"

"The two gentlemen came on time and did a very professional job. They got right to business and were able to make our bedroom area rug look like new! They also did an excellent job on our upholstery and were able to remove wine stains (from our kids), candy stains (from our grandkids), and the dog poop brought in on everyone's shoes. My wife and I are very pleased and highly recommend USA Carpet Cleaning."

"The house is a 120 year old split level, with so much history our family cherishes . Naturally, we were careful in our selection of craftsmanship. I found Mark to be knowledgeable, and patient with our concerns. He understood the sentiment we hold for our family home. He’s professionalism is very appreciated. Thanks Mark."

"Great Gregory was on top of everything felt like I was hos only customer. Felt like he went above and beyond for me and my family"

"Our first use of Empire was nice. They were timely, clean, and did a very nice job with our master bedroom, hall and office conversion from wall-to-wall to hard wood. Two years later we opted to use them again to remove the carpet from the remaining bedrooms from carpet to hardwood. The installers were great BUT the sales guy needs to retire. He stated that 4 bedrooms could be done in a day. With an ample size crew - ok. BUT 3 guys showed up and one left after getting the first two settled. Then later the another left leaving one guy. We were dumbfounded. They arrived at 9 a.m. and left at 11:35 p.m. We fed them lunch, we fed them rib eyes steaks for dinner. They plowed through. The sales guy called asking how it was going around 4 p.m. and I wanted to strangle him. NEVER AGAIN. Empire called to followup and when I tried to call back I got nothing so in essence they got paid and they don't care. Lesson learned - old sales guy lie."

"When they came to give us an estimate they said t would cost $600 which we thought was ridiculous, so we were able to get them down to $200 plus tax. They said for that price we could get a surface shampooing. They took the rug, brought it back a week later and it doesnt look that much cleaner. From other reviews I read I thought I would be wow'd. Maybe if we paid more they would have done a better job?

"I called him on a Thursday and told him what I planned to do, and he told me that he had time on Friday to do the project. He gave me a price of $500. and he did the work. It cost me an extra $95 in additional parts that I need to install the water softener. I was very pleased with his work and his ability to get the job done quickly and his hard work ethic.I had a few quotes from some plumbers to install a water softener and they would supply the softener and all the necessary stuff and I was quoted $1500 to $2500. I spent $1095 and also had the electrical outlets put in. I am very happy. I will be buying a dishwasher next week and he will install it for me. I do not have a wish washer now, so he will have to run electric and water supply to the area as well as cut out a kitchen cabinet to place the machine."
