Candi had the detailed quote available in just two days. The painting crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly for the next 9 days to finish the prep and painting work. Jose, Sammy, Max and Richie were very polite and very willing to discuss the status of the work. They worked very cleanly during the prepping and painting. They put down plastic tarps to collect all the scrapings and cleaned up the yard each evening before going home. "The principal came within the hour on a Sunday to review the scope of work and provided a written estimate. I asked for and received a copy of insurance certificates. Work was performed by two men over several days in two segments. All work on the original scope as well as some additional work was performed neatly and completely. Work was performed while I was away and on weekends when I was home.
I did not have the stumps ground down because there were too many and I had them removed completely by an excavator.

"Excellent. Marcos is extremely detailed and thorough. He discovered water leakage through existing foundation and urged me to have him fix the problem. After digging he showed me all the broken mortar that caused the water leaks. He corrected the problem, added drainage and water proofed the walls.

He then installed the brand new patio with Cambridge pavers. He installed the patio and added an ornate border which looked amazing. We never asked him to do this!

Marcos and his crew are hard working and professional. after the job was complete, they cleaned up, reseeded the lawn and removed the demolition material.

I highly recommend them. I will ask them to return someday to fix my walkway!

Did a great job repairing and replacing some siding on the back side of my house. I’d definitely hire him again.
